Future: YALL- PAN

Future: YALL is a compilation concept album produced out of Columbia, South Carolina with the goal of unifying talent to create one, distinct voice. Combining themes of post-modern innovation and Dystopian rebellion, it features sixteen different up-and-coming musical artists from the southeastern region. While the digital download is currently available, the physical release is set for June 7. Coinciding with this release date, I will be running a weekly column on the individual bands featured on Future: YALL.




PAN

South Carolina's very own Pan is often mentioned in the same breath as Post-Rock juggernauts, Explosions in the Sky or Godspeed You! Black Emperor. But if one were to make a more accurate assessment of this instrumental powerhouse, it would be to dub them innovators of Post-Post Rock. An eclectic combination of sound and fervor, Pan get the Future: YALL album off to a grandiose start.
