The Record Company - ALBUM PREVIEW

I love the blues of Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Sonny Boy Williamson, and so on. I could listen to that stuff all day every day so I was especially intrigued to receive an e-mail from a band citing influence from such artists.

The Record Company consist of:
Chris Vos: vocals, guitars, lap steel, pedal steel, harmonica
Alex Wood: bass, guitars, piano, vocals
Marc Cazorla: drums, piano, vocals

They are a blues/rock band from Los Angeles and are currently working on their first album. Below you can find a sample of the album.

I absolutely love finding new music to listen to and support and have already listened to the small bit that these guys have graciously shared with me many times through and I have to say that I am a fan. I love the throwback to a time when blues music consisted of simple instruments making powerful music amongst friends. The Record Company, so far, have shown me that they have some great tunes and I am certainly looking forward to hearing more from them.

These guys have soul and I'm sure that they have a promising future in the music industry.

Listen and share.
