I grew up in Ontario, Canada and am now living in Utah, USA. My main music influences while growing up came from listening to my older brothers 80's music and the first song I fell in love with was AC/DC's 'Money Talks'. From there my listening really went to the Brit Pop music scene and my true music love in 'Radiohead' came along. The Bends album blew me away and Fake Plastic Trees acted as my theme song for life, so it was only fitting to name this site partially after that great tune.

Some of my personal favourite artists are;

Radiohead, The Strokes, Travis, The Verve, Oasis, Wilco, The White Stripes, Arcade Fire, Doves, Sigur Ros, Coldplay, Matthew Good and loads and loads more.

So I guess you can say I am just your average Canadian living in America listening to British tunes.
